  Positive reviews about the hotel: pleasant staff.plenty to do.good entertainmentnone   Negative reviews about the hotel: none   Things to do near the hotel: quite a lot of eating places.bars with a variety of entertainment.outdoor market within easy reach.   Other reviews: only down side was the fact that owing to have booked through your company we had to pay for towel,linen and maid service,which we were not informed of when we booked.after 3days made enquieries at reception,and were told only booking through airtours we would recieve this,but we could pay for these facilities

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Staff are fr\iendly was pleased as first time when asking not to be on higher level we were on 3rd floor accomadation very good as this was adualt break did not use bar etc only on occassional times before going out, prices at bar good my brother inlaw had brekkie every morning and commented he enjoyed also having mug of tea instead of small cup was good. would stay here again.   Negative reviews about the hotel: my brother inlaw had stayed in which was disastress as near by hotel had wedding function the noise was unbearable and continued until after 3.30am when he complained he was told this was spain,as we have holidayed in spain for 16years now and go to benidorm twice year, we are aware that after 12am all doors must be closed and windows sound proof by spanish law.   Things to do near the hotel: as this area is now growing all the time they are lots of bars and resturants in this location for people not wanting to walk the distance down to where all the bars etc in the commercal area, if in this area you must try chinese resturant Mandarin great value for money also entertainment in most bars at night.   Other reviews:

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Large balcony, large lounge, sofa beds very comfortable.   Negative reviews about the hotel: Beds in bedroom very narrow, so much I fell out on first night. Used sofa beds for rest of break.   Things to do near the hotel: Reasonable array of nightlife.   Other reviews: 15 min walk to main nightlife, 20 min walk from beach. Beds in bedroom too narrow, would be better with a double bed. Excellent apartment but too far from main nightlife, ideal if happy with less busy area

Opened in 2001, this apartment complex features a pleasant garden and 15 floors with around 71 apartments. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and offers a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a café, a bar, a TV room, a car park (additional charges apply and limited availability) and a children's play area. A laundry service completes the facilities on offer.

This apartment complex is located in the Rincon de Loix area, one of the most popular areas of Benidorm. In the immediate vicinity guests may take advantage of restaurants and bars, whilst links to the public transport network and nightclubs are only 600 m away. The town centre offers a wide range of shopping facilities and can be found within 1 km of the hotel.

The welcoming apartments come with a bathroom, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette with an electric cooker (2 plates), a microwave and toaster, air conditioning (15 June-15 September), central heating and a hire safe. Additionally a combined lounge/bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a separate bedroom and a balcony come as standard.
 Sports/Entertainment
In the well-maintained outdoor complex there is a swimming pool and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Guests may make use of the indoor pool during the winter months. A sauna and a fitness studio are also available. For an additional fee, guests may play crazy golf.
