+~Check in was fine and room allocated quickly/#/-~Reception failed to ask for voucher provided by Hotelopia which is important for details of booking for example breakfast included. The breakfast is not provided by the hotel, it is franchised to the eatery which is directly outside hotel. Food for breakfast was very good and plenty of it. However they also provide room service and when used they failed to provide what was ordered. This was rectified immediately. Also no information given on whether room is air conditioned. This was found on the day we left and although it wasnt checked out believe it was part of the overall heating system. Advise asking all the questions when checking in./#/c~This hotel is central to almost everything going on in Niagara although its close proximity to one of the Casinos could be a problem for families with small children as the traffic entering and exiting the area is heavy. There is an eatery opposite the hotel which is very noisy with music well into the early hours. Not a problem generally but does encroach on sleep until early hours of morning./#/g~Good position hotel however the cheaper rooms do not have the famous falls view as rooms are motel type attached to hotel. More expensive rooms would probably provide a good view.
