Completely renovated in 2004, this hotel comprises 355 rooms, including 2 wheelchair-accessible rooms and 3 elegant suites, on 11 floors. Situated on a main street, this city hotel has a lobby with lifts, a safe, a currency exchange, a cloakroom, and a 24-hour reception. Further facilities include a café, a selection of shops, a cosy bar, and a restaurant serving great food (highchairs available). Business guests may make use of the rooms for conferences and meetings, as well as Internet access. Room and laundry services are also available. There is a bicycle storage room and those arriving by car may use the hotel car park or garage.

This comfortable hotel overlooks beautiful Confederation Park and is only one block from the historic Rideau Canal, which in the winter becomes the world's longest skating rink. The hotel is well-located and is only a few blocks from Parliament Hill, the Rideau shopping centre, Canada's National Gallery, museums, art galleries and further attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city's sights. The town and tourist centres, as well as an array of restaurants, bars and nightclubs, are only a short walk from the hotel. A fantastic beach, a peaceful wood, and the Foret La Rose cross-country skiing area can all be reached within some 15 minutes. The nearest public transport stop is located directly in front of the hotel and the nearest bus and train stations are less than 20 minutes away.
