The hotel is scattered throughout lush tropical gardens that attract numerous exotic birds and small wild animals. The hotel features 20 villas, each with 2 rooms. They lie on the slopes of the Manuel Antonio mountains overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The air-conditioned building includes a bar and a restaurant as well as parking facilities and room and laundry services.

It lies in Manuel Antonio, just minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park, the small sport-fishing town of Quepos and the local airport. Public transport is within walking distance and the nearest beach is around 5 km away. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to a secluded cove with volcanic-origin sand.
