 The location was superb however this was a fly pit the lobby area was also the dining area however separated by some trellis and the flies were disgusting(not just 1 or 2 but more like 50) breakfast was rancid I asked for a glass for the powered orange and was greeted with disgust and sheer contempt. If you are looking for just a bed for the night then this is ok but go with your eyes open and to expect nothing more than a hostel certainly not a hotel, our general opinion is that the gran caribe group of hotels are in need of bringing into the 21st century not only with hygene but also the level of customer service
