Staff at the reception is very rude! Breakfast is not hygiene, I saw fly not only once. Air-condition is not really working.

we felt there should not have been a charge for the use of the swimming pool and gym. the lifeguard should also have been stricter with teenage groups using the pool

Renovated in 2008, this city and conference hotel comprises 646 Air-conditioned rooms over 9 floors incl. Suites as well as a 500m² garden. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange counter, Internet corner and a lifts. Furthermore, there is a TV in the Lobby Bar, conference room, Internet access, a restaurants, laundry services as well as a car park (for surcharge). Room service and Internet access are both available for an added fee.

This comfortable hotel is situated in the northern district of Prague, and is around 6 km from the city centre. One of the largest shopping centres of the country lies in the hotel's vicinity along with links to the public transport network. Furthermore, the airport is around 22 km away. New underground station Strizkov was open in the front of the hotel, providing direct access to the city centre, which will make getting around even easier.

From Airport Praha Ruzyne: it recommend to take the Airport express bus leaving regularly from your terminal to Nadrazi Holesovice, a railway and underground station. From there continue with the underground to the station Stizkov, located just in front of the hotel.

Furnishings and decor include rose-colored wood furniture, desks, chairs, tables, brass lamps, red carpeting, orange-patterned drapes, coffee/tea making facilities, and comforters.
