 hotel was basic but clean and very well situated. the hotel bar did not seem suitable for our needs as was more geared towards men only. would have been nice to have lounge area as although hotel provide storage for baggage after check outthere was no where to wait.

 The staff were rude and unhelpfull. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Opened in the year 2000 and renovated in 2003, this 6-storey hotel comprises a total of 89 rooms of which 1 offers access for the disabled. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. It is possible to reserve tickets and arrange excursions at the reception desk. Further offerings include a newspaper stand, a souvenir shop, a tropical-style bar, a dining room and a restaurant with highchairs for infants. Guests arriving by car may make use of the secure car park of the Kotva department store, which lies across the road from the hotel.
