It's probably not 4 star compared with English 4 star hotels more like 3 star but that did not bother us at all. Bars restaurants right next to the hotel the staff are grumpy and unfriendly (this does not apply to "Hell" which is a little walk away and supposed to be very good) also food in Bella Vista was noy very good for what you pay.  The hotel is right in the Monastery grounds whih is amazing. The astle is very near by and Charles Bridge and the Old Town are easy to walk to (down hill all the way). Coming bak it's up hill all the way so best to get the tram (22 or 23) bak unless you want the exerise of ourse. Buy tram tikets from Reeption in the hotel. Also there is a beautiful walk to the observation tower, mirror maze and the funniular railway (whih uses same tikets as tram).
