 I found the welcome by the staff in the day dreadful, the night receptionist was much more friendly. I could not have wished for more help. The same person was on duty both days, she was unhelpful, humourless and bordering on the rude. having to buzz to get all the time into the hotel was a nuisance . It has put me off booking via Easy jet hotels. on the plus side they gave us a downstairs room which was great as my friend has some walking difficulties. Jane wills
