We found the hotel clean and comfortable, the only down side was the lack of english tea in the room for my wife, also the lack of milk, maybe milk is not drunk so much in the UK but my wife enjoys a cup of tea first and last thing during the day, small pots of long life milk would have been appreciated rather than us having to purchase 1/2 litres of milk every other day.I think this was the only down side to the accomadation, the staff were exremely kind and helpfull at all times

very poor. no television or phone. no staff at times to gain entry. no notification of time change to british summer time. insufficient tea making facilities. would not recommend to anyone, very poor hotel, ironic named quality.

The conference hotel was constructed in 1985 and has been completely renovated since then. It consists of a total of 154 rooms on 3 floors of which 36 are singles, 110 are doubles, 6 junior suites as well as 2 disabled-access rooms. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a cafe. Further facilities include a bar and a restaurant as well as a breakfast room. The well-equipped conference area of the hotel is ideal for meetings with two parties, which also allows up to 320 people to take part, ideal for large congresses. In addition, there is Internet access with WLAN (additional fees apply), room and laundry services, medical assistance, bicycle rental and a car park (for an added fee) available for guests' use.
