Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. Bin men seem to come to the hotel at 5.55am every morning which did wake me 2 out of 3 nights! The hotel does not have air conditioning which was OK in September but would have thought it would not be good in the summer. However, does have a door size window which can be opened. Beah is lovely and Biarritz is within walking distane.

Our room was on the 3rd floor. A very quite location. Decor bright and cheerful. Bed very comfortable. The ensuite was very nice, with an excellent shower and lovely decor. I had booked in to a standard room, which was located on the first floor: a big turn off when arriving on the first floor is the dismal appearance of the corridor. It is completely dark, with drab decor. The hotel not having air conditioning is a negative. Fortunately, it did not affect us on this visit as the weather was a very pleasant 26 degrees, so the nights were not too warm. But this would certainly influence the time of year that I would stay at your hotel. The hotel is well loated, with approximately 10 minute walk from the entre.

Exit n°4 from the motoway, follow Biarritz centre 1.5km, on the 1st roundabout take left Biarritz Centre, same on the 2nd and 3rd roundabout and welcome at the hotel. |From the airport follow Biarritz Centre or take the bus n°6, stop Asiatic museum. |From the train station follow Biarritz centre, Street Kennedy then Maréchal Foch, when you entrance in Biarritz take Avenue Guy Petit at the roundabout and 200 m on next roundabout you will be at the hotel Tulip Inn. |By bus take n°2, stop Jardin Public. Take the stairs near le Palais des Festivals and follow Street François Mauriac.
