Renovated in 2001, this air-conditioned city hotel comprises a total of 19 apartments and 39 studios spread across two wings with five and three floors respectively. Rooms offering disabled access may also be booked. Facilities on offer here include an indoor garden, a lobby area with hotel safe and lift access, a café, breakfast rooms, a W-LAN access point, and, for additional charges, a laundry service and 10 parking spaces.

Emplacement

This hotel is located in a quiet street in Cannes, less than 10 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. La Croisette boulevard and the beaches are just at the end of the neighbouring avenue. Cannes harbour merits a stroll, and from the hotel it is only about 5 minutes to the city centre with its bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and shops, as well as to the beach. The airport is roughly 35 km away. Both the Musée de la Castre and Le Suquet hill are well worth a visit.

From Nice airport, take the public shuttle bus or a taxi. From Cannes station it is about 5 minutes walk to the hotel. If arriving by car, take the motorway exit Cannes Centre and then follow the Boulevard Carnot in the direction of the city centre. This hotel is located directly behind the Palais de Justice.

The one-room studios (up to two persons) and the two-room apartments (up to four persons) all come with an en suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, grill, tea and coffee making facilities, and a washing machine (crockery and a dishwasher are available only in the apartments). Further standard fittings include a direct dial telephone, a TV, and individually adjustable air conditioning. The apartments further comprise a combined bedroom/ lounge area and a separate bedroom. A sofa bed or two single beds feature in the studios, while the apartments come with a sofa bed in the living room or two single beds in the bedroom.
