On check out I was asked to pay again, even though I had pre paid through your website. On check in this pre payment was confirmed so I was very annoyed that I had to leave my credit card details again, 'just in case' I have yet to have my credit card bill so I am still unsure if I have been charged twice for the room.

This pleasant hotel comprises 95 rooms of which 2 are elegant suites. Facilities include an inviting foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, safes and a currency exchange facility in addition to Le Mont Blanc restaurant and a cosy bar. Moreover, a laundry service is available to guests with charge, as is medical assistance. This hotel is also suited to business travellers, with a conference room (maximum capacity of 200 persons) available for use. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park.
