well positioned for conference centre

Emplacement

This residence enjoys an excellent location in the commercial area of the city centre, between the Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne (100 m) and the Cité des Congrès. Guests will find bars, nightspots, and shops all in the immediate vicinity of the establishment. It is 2 minutes' walk from the tram stop, a 15-minute walk from the bus station and 10 km from Nantes Airport.

The journey from the airport takes 20 minutes. To get to the hotel by tram, take Line 1 and get off at the stop Duchesse Anne. From the railway station, guests should take the north access exit and travel for 5 minutes on the tram or exit via the south access and go right down Quai de Malakoff, then 2nd left down Rue Coustard and take Rue Fouré at the stop sign. Guests coming by car should take the ring road in a westerly direction and leave at exit 30, following signs to Centre Ville. Then drive towards the CHU until the hospital, and take the direction Cité des Congrès/Gare SNCF accès nord. After exiting the bridge ?LU', take the first right into Rue Fouré.

In case of arrival on these days, please call the reception to obtain some access codes. No breakfast on Sunday and public holidays.
