This is a basic hotel: don't expect terrific decor, atmosphere, or beauty from the rooms. It's more like a motel than a hotel. The corridors stank of air freshners and detergents; but the room, though ugly, was clean and had a balcony. The principal advantages are that it is extremely close to the airport in Nice (10 minutes by car), and very close to the beach (3 minute walk). The staff were helpful. The hotel supposedly has free wifi in reception, but I didn't manage to get connected.

This air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 28 rooms on 3 floors and is open around the clock, all year round. As well as an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe and currency exchange facility are provided to guests, as well as lift access, a café, a bar, a TV room, public Internet access (WLAN), laundry and 24-hour room services and a private parking space behind the hotel building for those guests arriving by car.

The hotel is situated just around 150 m from the beach. Within a radius of about 200 m there are shopping amenities, a bus station and other forms of public transport. It is about 500 m from the centre of Saint Laurent, which has a number of bars, and the railway station is about 500 m away. There are restaurants and nightclubs within 700 m of the hotel. Nice is about 4 km away, Antibes 20 km, Cannes 25 km and Monaco and Grasse are around 35 km away. Nice Airport is approximately 3 km from the hotel.

By car take the A8 motorway up to exit 49 \"\"Saint Laurent du Var\"\" and first follow the signs for \"\"Cap 3000\"\" and then those to the hotel. From the airport guests can make use of either a taxi or the bus to Cap 3000. By rail take the train to Saint Laurent du Var.
