  This simple city hotel is centrally situated in a quiet location, near to the colourful hustle and bustle of the market. It only takes around 7 minutes with the train to reach the old town, the pedestrian zone and the beach/ Promenade des Anglais. Trains and busses are to be found in the immediate vicinity, as are plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and other entertainment venues. The town centre is within easy walking distance of the hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the nearest airport departing from a stop just 300 m from the hotel and there is a train station just 800 m away. The bus line number 23 travels from Aerogare 1 directly to the hotel.

From the airport, take bus number 23 (from Terminal 1) and get off at Raiberti stop (3rd stop after main train station Gare SNCF), walk back down the street to the large Place Général de Gaulle. Take the main road Avenue Malausséna on your left. When the bakery Zambetti can be seen on the right hand side, turn right into Rue Clement Roassal. After a few meters, the hotel can be seen on the right on Rue de Dijon. If arriving later than 9 pm, take the Bus number 98 and get off at the main train station (Gare Routière). From there travel with the train in the direction of Las Planas and get off at the Libération Stop. Turn left into the Rue Clement Roassal, right by the bakery Zambetti. After a few meters, the hotel can be seen on the right on Rue de Dijon. Coming from the motorway guests should take the exit ?Nice-Nord', junction 54, and follow the directions towards the city centre (Bv de Gorbella, Bv A. Raynaud). At the very end of Bv A. Raynaud turn left into Bv Joseph Garnier. Take the next right into Rue Alfred Binet, turn left into Rue Clement Roassal and finally left into Rue de Dijon.

All of the comfortable rooms feature standard fittings and come with an en suite bathroom with bathtub, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, a seating area and heating as standard. The studios come with an en suite bathroom with WC, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, satellite TV and a telephone with an automatic wake-up service. Electricity, bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. The units are cleaned and towels and bed linens replaced every 7 days. We request a deposit of ?150 on arrival.
