Excellent staff. Lovely room although a view would have been a bonus. Pool perfect. Overall very good stay. Breakfast was good but each day we had to ask for new bowl, plates, croissants etc. Not a problem though. The staff were very good. Yes loads. Enjoyed the train, used the bus and walked every where.

All staff worked very hard to keep up the standards expected. The hotel is well placed for all attractions and has a clean and professional appearance. On the downside the breakfast staff were very seldom able to cope with the deemands made of them due to the lack of numbers. Room service were slow to clear dirty trays from public areas often several hours. Television choice is also limited.

The foyer and public rooms were excellent. The bedroom was rather 'tired' and dull in comparrison and could do with a refurbishment..

Built in 1988, this hotel was renovated in 2001 and offers a total of 143 rooms, spread over 7 floors. 128 are doubles and 2 are suites and 13 are junior suites. The hotel has a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift, Internet access and a car park. Additional facilities include a bar and a restaurant. Guests may make use of the room and laundry services.
