  This hotel is situated at the heart of Nice, within 500 m of the railway station. It is just 10 m to the nearest links to the public transport network and an array of shopping venues. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found about 100 m away and it is around 500 m to the sea and nearest sandy beach. Nice international airport is 5 km away and may be reached on public transport in around 20 minutes.

From the airport with the bus 98: alight at Place Masséna and head north along Avenue Jean Médecin. After 500 m, before the Nice Etoile shopping centre, is Rue Paul Déroulède. |With the bus number 99: Alight at the Gare SNCF. umber 98: Alight at Place Masséna. From the railway station: the walk takes around 5 minutes. Turn left onto Avenue Thiers, then take Avenue Jean Médecin heading towards to sea. After 500 m, before the Nice Etoile shopping centre, is Rue Paul Déroulède. |Take the Exit N°50 Promenades des Anglais, after 3 km, when the guests see on the left the Boulevard Gambetta (before the Negresco), take this boulevard to the petrol station BP and turn on the right (Rue Verdi). Before the last street, take the left street called Avenue Auber to Place Mozart. Arrived at the Place Mozart and after the Parking, take the right direction on Rue Beetoven . This street will change of name to Rue paul Déroulède. Continue and will see the hotel.
