 Breakfast was very good   They should have sun parasols on the roof terrace Room was quite small in comparison to similar priced hotels To be based on the second floor wasn't good because the sound proofing wasn't of sufficiently good quality to block out the techno nights on Friday and Saturday (on until 2pm)  Beah, pool and some restaurants bars. If looking to go to more ative popular parts suh as the Old Town, it is a 25 minute walk whih may not be ideal for some guests.

 Good level of service. However, our shower leaked and sink also. Hotel is trying new concepts for accommodation, but these don't always work. We realised in advance of our stay that the room would be different in some ways from "normal" hotel accommodation (such as loo/shower in the same space), but many "trivial" things were ommitted, leading to a lack of basics such as storage space and soap for the sink. One could also hear a lot of road noise in our second floor room.

 The hotel is a concept hotel which it a little whacky, not a bad thing just different. Each room has it's own design, our room happy day, happy night had very little space to hang clothes, no where to put toiletries or sit to dry your hair and make up on (ladies take a hair dry because the one in the room is hopeless and a travel iron as there is one iron to be shared in the whole hotel!). The shower is in the room so not much privacy, not an issue for us but it maybe for some. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was organic and basic. Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke excellent english. 'Hi beach' for me was the best part of the hotel, the food is good, the staff excellent, the beach was first class although very expensive, a basic sun bed was 16 euro per person per day including a towel and the more luxurious beds were 20 euro per person per day excluding towels. Also they don't allow to take your own water onto Hi beach and charge 7 euros a bottle!! Would stay here again.

Emplacement

This hotel is located on the south side of the new city, around 200 m away from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The centre of Nice, with a vast array of shopping facilities and entertainment venues, is just 1 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport may be found 50 m away and the airport lies around 8 km from the centre.

From the airport: a shuttle bus takes guests to the Stopp Gambetta. From here they may either walk to the hotel or take a 15-minute taxi ride. From Nice Ville station: walk 900 m on the right hand side of the Avenue Gambetta, towards the \"\"Promenade des Anglais\"\".
