très près de tout - tranquille!! tout fonctionne. pas de commentaires négatifs c'est la troisième fois que nous restons là. tout est près (les plages, les magasins, le tram, et.)

Location was excellent. Very quiet at night. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. The cleaning staff were very efficient. Air conditioning was efficient. The bathroom was very modern and clean. We appreciated the free use of the secure roomsafe and the small but ample refrigerator! Beds were on the hard side. Towels were well worn and thin!! Sheets were only changed once during our 7 night stay. Would have appreciated more variety in the breakfast menu! Promenade only a few minutes walk away. A large variety of restaurants to hoose from. A pleasant 10 minute walk to trams, shops and the old town. Tourist offie at the top of the street whih was very onvenient.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location. good value for money. would have been better if there was a full length looking glass in trhe bedroom as the only one ws a small one in the bathroom. at breakfast there was only one toaster that did 2 slices of bread at a time and although there weren't that many people for breakfast at one time this still caused queues. very lose to the beah but be warned for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella it was 37 euros. next to Plae Massena where there is lots of street entertainment espeially at night right next to the pedestrian area with bars and restaurants. a short walk to the old town.
