 This was a very well run hotel with every care taken. First impressions were that the rooms are rather small - there is very little storage space for clothes - but clearly this is unavoidable because of the location of the building. Within these limitations, everything was of a very high standard. Bedroom and bathroom fittings were solid and of good quality, a good array of toiletries provided, and furnishings attractive. We were rather surprised we had only one pillow each, but had we asked, I am sure more would have been found. There is a free safe in each room.The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered to photocopy our passports so that we could carry the copy with us while leaving the passports in the safety of the hotel.Location is excellent for exploring Paris - the railway station is only ten minutes' walk away, and the Open Top Tour Bus route passes at the end of the road. Plenty of good bistros, etc, within easy walking distance. I would certainly go back to this hotel.

This hotel is located in very quiet and safe surroundings on the Left Bank, in the heart of the Montparnasse district, near the famous latin quarter. Notre Dame is a 10-minute ride away on public transport and it is 20 minutes by the same means to the Eiffel Tower. It enjoys direct access to the Porte de Versailles and Villepinte exhibition centres and the railway stations (Montparnasse and Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est). Orly Airport is 18 km away and it is 35 km to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Guests arriving by metro should travel to Denfert-Rochereau station on lines 4 or 6. Those coming by train should get out at Denfert-Rochereau station on the suburban RER, line B. The Orlybus airport shuttle will bring guests to Place Denfert-Rochereau. Buses depart every 10 minutes.
