 Although the hotel was exceptionally clean and stylishly designed, we were somewhat disappointed with the customer service we received from the hotel staff when we had a problem with our room. The bathroom door was broken and would not close, let alone lock. Travelling not as a couple but as two friends, we felt that privacy between bedroom and bathroom was a basic expectation. We were not taken seriously by the reception staff and management and had to battle to get our room changed. At one point we were told that if we didn't like it we were more than welcome to find another hotel! It was a shame that this problem, which could so easily have been resolved, escalated like this and marred our stay. The poor customer service we received would certainly make me less inclined to return to this hotel or recommend it to friends.

Built in 2007, the hotel offers 59 rooms, meeting rooms for up to 40 people, modern and contemporary décor and a cosy atmosphere. There is a 24-hour reception, lift service, coffee bar, publicly available Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park.

The hotel is located in the cultural heart of Paris, in the Montparnasse district near to the 'Latin Quarter' and the Luxembourg Gardens. Montparnasse Bienvenüe Metro and Gaîté Metro stations are nearby and all the major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Louvre are within easy reach - just 15 minutes away by public transport or between 30 and 50 minutes stroll through the fascinating city streets.

From Charles de Gaulle or Orly airports, take the Air France shuttle bus. By Metro, get out at Montparnasse (lines 4, 6, 12, 13) or Gaîté (line 13).
