 excellent staff very helpful, providing accurate information for visiting Paris, only ten minutes walk from Eiffel tower, only five minutes walk from metro station. We did not try breakfast because we left every morning very early. The room was clean, quite, large (for Paris hotels) and the air-condition was great. During our stay we saw allot of pilots and air crew members using the hotel (they usually know!)

 The room we received was not a 4 star room. The toilet and bathroom were separate, the carpet needed replaced and the walls had dirty marks and chips on the paintwork. The shower leaked and sprayed water over the whole bathroom. Clearly a problem for a while as there was a large water mark on the carpet. The staff on reception were helpful and offered us a change the next day as there were no rooms left for that night. We didn't eat at the hotel but the prices we saw were very expensive - 22 euros per person for breakfast! Overall, it wasn't bad but was not a 4 star as billed.
 

Hotel description

This comfortably furnished and air-conditioned city hotel was fully renovated in 2004, and consists of a main building and an annexe building. The hotel, which is located beside a main road, offers a total of 764 rooms on 30 floors, of which 12 are elegant suites. It provides its guests with a generously-proportioned entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and lift access. In addition to this the hotel offers a newspaper stand, a cosy bar and two air-conditioned restaurants, where guests will be treated to a range of culinary delights. In order to cater for business guests there are a number of conference and meeting rooms available, as well as an Internet terminal (charges apply). Guests can also take advantage of the hotel's room and laundry services, and there is parking available for those arriving by car.

This elegantly appointed hotel enjoys a wonderful location on the Seine, just about 700 m from the main tourist area and the Eiffel Tower. There are a number of restaurants, bars and clubs within easy walking distance. \"\"Charles Michels\"\" metro station and the nearest bus stop are both very close to the hotel building. The nearest station is about 3 km away, while Orly Airport is approximately 15 km away and Charles de Gaulle Airport is around 25 km from the hotel.
