 Hotel was kept very clean and staff were pleasant and helpful if required.  Pool was not available but this was down to maintainance.

 Kindness of the staff at hotel entrance. The animation of the swimming pool.  Cleanliness in the access to the rooms (we saw the same boxes and remainings of pizzas at night and the next midmorning in the same two places). The children play space room was dirty and with bad smell. Staff of the bar near the pizza's office refused to serve a beer to a friend of mine at 22:05, after me, because it closes at 22:00. Swimming pool has to much chlorine.

 Generally a very nice hotel that compliments the atmosphere of Disneyland very well. A hotel for children to enjoy which lets the parents relax too. The rooms are a decent size with good facilities including coffee making facilities. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Swimming pool was a little cold and changing facilities could have been kept drier and cleaner with a little effort. Breakfast was decent and plentiful although the same each day. Complimentary bus to Disneyland and the train station were very useful.The downside was that during the whole of our 3 day stay the maintenance person failed to unblock the bathroom sink however I think that was a particular problem for our room and should not put anyone off. Part of the pool was closed for maintenance throughout and the working half closed for 2 half days due to some checks being carried out ... luckily when most are at the Disneyland resorts anyway. Food in the hotel in the evening is limited, expensive and not of good quality. Best course of action was to go one stop on the train to Val de Europe and eat at the outlet food court which had a good choice of foods at reasonable prices. I can also imagine the hotel becoming very noisy during peak season.

Established in 2003, this tasteful and air-conditioned, family-friendly hotel comprises a total of 390 rooms, of which 10 are elegant junior suites, set over seven floors. Facilities on offer in this hotel which lies on a main street include a spacious garden landscape, a terrace, a lobby with 6 lifts, a safe, a currency exchange counter, and a 24-hour reception. Three games rooms, some shops, two bars, and three air-conditioned restaurants with highchairs available for children are also all on offer. The hotel has three rooms from conferences and meetings, which can be used by guests there on business, and there is a laundry service. Younger guests can let off steam in the pleasant play area, and guests can park their cars in nearby public parking spaces.

This tasteful hotel is only 8 minutes from Disneyland and about 1.5km away from Magny le Hongre offering guests a rich choice of leisure and entertainment opportunities. The nearest train station lies around 2 km away as well as bus number 54. The centre of Paris lies around 25 km away taking around 40 minutes. In addition, the hotel is 30 km from both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.

By car: A1-->Paris ; 104 -->Disneyland Paris; A4 --> Metz/Nancy exit 14 -->Val de France.|By Bus: Shuttle bus VEA from the airports.|By Train: RER A Chessy Marne la Vallée and the free shuttle bus n°54.
