The hotel was nice although the rooms were a little bit small the bed/sofa was very nice you could just relax.You can not pay any additional cost for English TV.The staff were lovely and most of them spoke English quite well.There is also a chinese restaurant next door to the hotel which was lovely very cheap too!

  The residence is extremely conveniently situated nearby Paris and close to most of the tourist attractions. Only 5 minutes away guests will discover the town of Enghien les Bains with its magnificent lake and the unique casino of Ile de France equipped with coin machines and gaming tables, thermal baths and a race course. Thanks to its location, Epinay is a very pleasant town in which to enjoy a stay: 25 minutes from the Exhibition Park of Villepinte, 30 minutes from Disney Land, 20 minutes from the Chateau of Versailles, 10 minutes from the commercial area of Paris - La Défense - and only 30 minutes from Charles de Gaulle International Airport.

Getting to the RER station Epinay-sur Seine (5 minutes' walk from the hotel): RER C from 5.10 am to 11.35 pm with trains leaving every 15 minutes. Guests can get the RER C from the following stations: Porte de Clichy, Saint-Michel, Notre-Dame, Levallois-Perret and Porte Maillot. Guests arriving at Saint-Lazare train station: take métro line 3 and RER C from Levallois Pereire. From Gare du nord: take métro line 2 (towards Porte Dauphine) and get off at Place de Clichy, then take metro line 13 (towards Gabriel Péri-Asnière-Gennevilliers and get off at Porte de Clichy. Guests may take an RER C train from this station (30 minutes). NB: Please follow the signs to Hotel Balladins which is in the same building as the residence. From Epinay sur Seine station, guests should follow the main exit to their right hand side and come out of the station near the tobacconists. At the end of this street and they will come to the main street where the hotel IBIS comes into view. Turn left from there and cross the street to the garage. The hotel is only 2 minutes away. From the Charles de Gaulle International Airport it takes only 30 minutes on the A1 motorway and from Orly Airport it is 40 minutes on the A86 and then on the A4 motorway.
