 I am so glad i can make a comment regarding our short stay,as we arrived i had written my booking reservation number on a piece of paper,i gave this to the male receptionist and he said he has to have the printed copy,i made him aware i didn't have one but showed him the conformation on my laptop,his response was i should check in somewhere else and come back the next day,this made me and my partner very concerned as it was late and had just arrived via the airport .He was very very unhelpful and really made us feel like we had done something terribly wrong..I have stayed with the holiday inn chain before and it has always been a good experience but i most certainly cannot recommend this hotel after the service we received upon our arrival.

 very neat , clean and staff is very courteous  carpet in the hotel room needs to be replaced  near a small village just right beside the airport, ability to take a walk near designated park and stroll down to the village very safe area
