Quimper is a French city that is the capital of the department of Finistère, in the region known as Brittany. It is situated at the confluence of the Steir, Odet and Jet rivers. This city is popular for its winter festival, dedicated to music, at which you can enjoy live recitals. It possesses an array of old churches that are very interesting to visit.
