It has 60 fully-equipped apartments, either studios or 2-room apartments, which can accommodate 1 to 4 people and are fitted with a kitchenette and an office area. For guests arriving by car, the hotel offers a private free car park. Other facilities include a reception lobby, lift access and a breakfast room.

Emplacement

The residence is located in the countryside, not far from Nice. It is the ideal location for exploring the picturesque village of Valbonne 5 km away, admiring the pottery in Biot and Vallauris and visiting the famous perfume factories of Grasse. It is also within easy reach of the sandy beaches of Antibes, the nearest of which is about 15 km away. The bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away, and it is approx. 15 km to the SNCF train station in Antibes.

By train: From the SNCF train station in Antibes, take the line 2VB/Sophia-Antipolis. Stop at Georges Pompidou. By car: Take the motorway A8, and take the exit for Antibes. Follow signs for Sophia, then Garbejaïre. At the Georges Pompidou roundabout, follow signs for access 12. By plane: From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 30 minutes by car or take the Sophia Express bus, stopping at Georges Pompidou. By bus: From Antibes/Sophia, take the 2VB bus, and stop at Georges Pompidou. From Nice/Sophia, take the Sophia Express bus, and stop at Georges Pompidou. From Cannes/Sophia, take the 5VB bus, and stop at Georges Pompidou. From Biot/Sophia, take the green line (ligne verte), and stop at Georges Pompidou.

The apartments are equipped with a bathroom and a kitchenette with an electric range, microwave, mini-fridge and dishes, satellite TV with Canal+, direct dial telephone and free high-speed Internet access.
 Observations
The reception is open Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 9.00 pm and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8.00 am to noon and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Please contact the residence for arrivals outside of the reception hours in order to get the access codes.
