  The hotel is situated in the centre of Lorient, in the northwest of France. It provides easy access to the Congress Palace (Palais des Congres), the Pont Scorff Zoo and the Victor Pleven, the biggest trawler and cod-fishing boat in the world. The Lorient Marina hosts important yacht races each year and is also the gateway for day trips to local islands, including Île de Croix and Belle Île. Each August, Lorient hosts the annual Festival Interceltique, featuring traditional Celtic dancers, painters, sculptors and writers, as well as classical, folk, jazz and rock music performances. The hotel is just minutes from the rail station, the seaport, local beaches and the Lorient-Lann-Bihoué Airport. A variety of shops, cinemas, theatres, bars and restaurants can be found in the surrounding area.

From Lorient-Lann-Bihoué Airport, take the N 165 in the direction of Lorient, and take the exit for Lorient centre ville. Continue in this direction until the sign for the Saint-Louis Church. Turn right here, and the hotel will be before the church. Coming from the N 165 from Brest, Quimper or Rennes or from Nantes or Paris, take the exit for Lorient centre ville, and then follow signs for the Saint-Louis Church.
