Th hotel is ideally situated, close to both underground and train stations. It is within easy reach of Alexander Platz shopping centre and many local attractions. It is excellent value for money, however it does not include tea and coffee making facitities whic would be useful.
 

Built in 1970, the hotel has been completely renovated and offers a total of 155 rooms spread over 9 floors, of which 11 are singles, 91 are doubles, 15 suites and 38 family apartments. The hotel includes a stylish lobby with lifts, safes, a cloakroom and a 24-hour reception. In addition, there is a friendly bar open to guests and an Internet terminal. The hotel offers parking facilities, for an additional fee.

  The hotel is situated in Berlin's Mitte, close to Alexanderplatz (800 metres), the Berlin cathedral, Museum Island, Scheunenviertel (Barn District) and the Hackeschen Höfen. Countless shops, bars and restaurants are all being within walking distance of the hotel. An underground and urban train station is only 800 metres away and there is also a bus stop nearby. The 'new centre', which is just 1.3 km from the hotel, may also be reached on foot. Zoological Garden train station offers numerous regional trains as well as alternative modes of public transport and is 6 km from the hotel. Tegel airport is 10 km away.
