 i was charged for a large queen size room, but was given a normal room, when i addressed this matter to the receptionist they said that they only had one size rooms and to take the matter with whom the booking was done with.
 

Hotel description

The hotel, with 110 rooms on 5 floors, is air-conditioned with a lobby, 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, as well bar and limited dining, a laundry service and parking facilities. The business centre and the great room are open 24 hours a day. Guests are able to relax and enjoy their drink at the hotel bar while watching TV or simply relax in the sitting area. Smaller conferences with up to 30 people can be held in the conference room. There are three different restaurants offering a variety of food in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Emplacement

The hotel is located between Cologne and Bonn just off the A59 exit 37 Spich/Niederkassel. It is a 10-minute walk to the village of Spich and the nearest train station where trains leave twice hourly for Cologne City Centre, Cologne Exhibition Centre and Cologne Arena. Cologne-Bonn Airport is only 9 km away, while Cologne Cathedral (Dom) is 20 km away. Cologne and Bonn offer visitors great recreational activities such as the chocolate, art and history museums, Phantasialand, riverboat trips and the carnival to name just a few. Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre is 45 km away and Frankfurt International Airport is 160 km away. Both can easily be reached by train.

The hotel is situated between the business centres of Cologne and Bonn, directly on the A 59, exit 37 Spich/Niederkassel. From Deutz Station in Cologne, take either Tram 12 or 13 towards Sieg/Au and exit at Spich station. It is then only a short walk along Kriegsdorfer Strasse to the hotel.
