 One of the two mattresses in the room seemed worn and had that 'crushed' centre compression when laid upon. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. When booking out of the hotel I was presented with an invoice (bill) for the whole stay even though I had paid via the Easy Jet payment mechanism online. The receptionist look 'startled' when I pointed this out and rectified it immediately.

Built in 2002, the large conference hotel offers a total of 181 rooms spread over 4 floors. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby with lifts, a 24-hour reception with a safe and a cloakroom, a currency exchange desk as well as a bar. There is also a conference room, a restaurant and Internet access. Room and laundry services are also available. Furthermore, guests may park their cars in the car park or the garage for an added fee. The hotel offers for a fee a shuttle service which takes clients to the airport of Munich within 15 min, if requested by client with a minimum advance of 2h.
