The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. I was very impressed by the entire staff. The hotel was very clean, the room very comfortable. maybe located in a not so nice location of Athens. But I still felt very safe. next to the buses that takes you downtown. The losest Metro station is Vitoria. lots of happening bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk.

L'accueil et l'attention du personnel de la réception fut remarquable pour nous aider à résoudre les problèmes rencontrés suite au vol de mes papiers et de ma cate Visa dans le Métro d'Athènes . L'hotel est très calme. Un peu éloigné du centre historique mais on ne peut pas tout avoir . Si je reviens à Athènes je reviens là.

This hotel was good value for money and located just a tram ride away from Syntagma Square. Breakfasts were copious, but could be improved by the elimination of smoking in the breakfast room. One staff member, Katarina, was particularly helpful and courteous.
