  Positive reviews about the hotel: Good, friendly staff. Convienient location - near the Bus station, Rail Station, Water bus stop, and close to bars and restaraunts.   Things to do near the hotel: Row of bars in close proximity.

The hotel has recently been refurbished in a distinctive style, with marvellous mosaic tiling on the floors and walls, making for exceptional accommodation. It is fully air-conditioned with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a TV room and dining facilities.

Located in the historic and artistic centre of Venice, this delightful little city hotel bursting with character enjoys a strategic position just a short walk away from the Grand Canal. Its exact location is on the main thoroughfare of Lista di Spagna. The water buses and the train station are easily accessible. St. Mark's, Frari Church, Carmini Church-School and Rialto Bridge are all within walking distance. From Marco Polo Airport, take bus number 5 to Piazzale Roma (20 minutes). From Piazzale Roma it is an 8-minute walk to the hotel across 3 bridges or just 2 minutes with the public waterbus to the stop \"\"Ferrovia\"\". From S. Lucia railway station it is just a minutes walk along the main road of Lista di Spagna.
