  Positive reviews about the hotel: Clean, good location for marina   Negative reviews about the hotel: Diabolical attitude from female receptionist on arrival who completely tarnished our impression of the Hotel. Unhelpful, dismissive, lazy and unfriendly would be the polite words to use about this person.   Things to do near the hotel: Beach (not the best); marina with many quality shops and restaurants just 100 metres away

  Other reviews: there was no hotel bus but a public bus was just around the corner which was very good.the marina area was lovely with lots of shops and nice eating places.the hotel was lovelybut try to get a side or front room the staff were realy helpful and very nice.all in all our stay was very good with only one hour to reach the center of rome it was nice to be able toget out of town and come back to peace and quiet.the airport was very handy to get to and from,at around 30 euros each way well worth it.the only down side was the surroundingarea was a bit run down,but u really just pass through it on the bus.but the marina area makes up for it.

  Other reviews: The level of customer service is equal to a 2* hotel, not a 4* hotel. I would recommend to be more open to foreigners and give them a different approach then the rome visitors. Just a few missing points: No pricing info minibar, no english menu, no environemental information (must see, banks, eg), No WiFi in the room, and no bar that doesn't look like a restaurant. No shower at the gym, no welness area. And the receptiion does not understand English very well or does not want to understand it well. So in short, it's a nice place but needs a lot of improvement on service.
 

Hotel description

Built in 2005, this air-conditioned club resort has a terrace and comprises a total of 68 rooms spread over 5 floors, with breathtaking views over the Roman coastline and harbour. The building is constructed from a combination of glass and steel, and the architectural design is in perfect harmony with the sandy beach and sea. This modern hotel's piece de resistance is an impressive glass lift with a panoramic view and the feeling that the wind is carrying one skywards. The rather sober interior design is ornamented with various modern works of art. The lobby features a 24-hour reception and a safe. There is also a café, breakfast room, conference room, and a snack bar on the terrace. The excellent service ideally caters to guests' needs.

This design hotel is situated in the Ostia Lido (Rome). Countless pubs, restaurants, bars and shops are to be found in the vicinity. The bus station and the beach are located around 50 m from the hotel. Rome's tourist centre can be reached in about 45 minutes by car, whilst the ancient seaport of Ostia Antica is about a 30-minute drive from the hotel. Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport lies around 6 km from the hotel.
