This hotel is in an ideal location for those who appreciate quiet and comfortable surroundings. It is about 30 minutes by car from Redcar beach. It is situated within approximately 1.5 km of the Middlesbrough city centre, the central railway station and the national motorway network (A19, A66), as well as the ring road to Durham Tees Valley Airport, which is about 20 km from the hotel. Leeds Bradford International Airport is some 99 km away, while Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield is about 155 km from the hotel.

From the south, take the A1 north to Dishforth. Then take the A19 to Teesside. Take the A66 to Middlesbrough. Take the 4th exit for A172 Stokesley. Then turn right at the roundabout. After 400 metres, turn right at the next roundabout. The hotel is on the right-hand side. From the north, take the A19 south, then the A66 to Middlesbrough. Then continue as above. From the west, take the A66 to Middlesbrough. Then continue as above. From the airport, take the A66 to Middlesbrough. Then continue as above.
