 Hotel needs to be smartened up. The room was disappointing and the bathroom had too many cracked tiles. It was reasonable value for money in terms of what I actually paid, but I would not consider it at all at any other rate. Regrettably, too many of the staff were less than proficient in English.

This hotel comprises a total of 151 rooms including 17 suites, spread over 7 floors. An elegant lobby awaits guests with a 24-hour reception, a safe and a lift. Culinary options include a cosy bar and a restaurant. There is also a hairdresser, Internet access, a games room and conference facilities available to guests. Room and laundry services are also on offer to guests. Guests arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage.

Emplacement

This comfortable and modern beach hotel is situated right by the cliffs of the English Riviera. In addition, plenty of shopping venues, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The nearest sandy beach is around 1.6 km away.

From the M5: Leave the M5 at exit 31 and drive onto the A38. Continue onto the A380, which goes to Torquay (signposted). Follow signs to A3022 (signposted as the seaside) and upon reaching the beach road, take a left, following signs to the harbour. At the roundabout take the second exit in the direction of the Victoria Parade. The harbour is now on the right-hand side. Take a right uphill to Beacon Hill and Park Hill Road. The hotel entrance is the second on the right-hand side.
