  Positive reviews about the hotel: The staff are very professional and helpful at all times - this made such a difference to my overall impression and stay.   Negative reviews about the hotel: Too warm and 'closed in' in the business centre - I think the lighting added to the heat. The breakfast area was quite small and it felt crowded although I think that some of it was closed off which didn't help matters.   Things to do near the hotel: Difficult to comment as I was working and did not have time to look around   Other reviews: It would be good to have a full length mirror in the bedroom and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: The staff were very friendly, hotel was very comtemporary, breakfasts were lovely, view was gorgeous.   Negative reviews about the hotel: Rooms too hot, you cannot open the windows and the air conditioning was not good enough. No good for people with children.   Things to do near the hotel: Use the metro line which is right next to the hotel, its extremley cheap and a great way to get about.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Excellent hotel offering high standards of service and comfort. Breakfasts offered plenty of hot or cold options to a very high standard. Close to excellent Metro, Bus and Tram links into the city centre. Well placed next to a large retail outlet with numerous Tapas & Restaurants. Near to the beach.   Negative reviews about the hotel: A little way out of the mainstream tourist sites.

This hotel is located on the Avenida Diagonal, near the new Barcelona International Exhibition and Conference Centre (CCIB) and the Forum 2004. It is in an ideal location, not only due to it being the new business area of the city, but also due to the proximity to the harbour, the marine zoo and the underwater reef. The beach is about 500 m away and the city centre is less than 15 minutes away. Ronda Litoral street and public transport links offer easy access to further attractions.

Take the underground line 4 (yellow line) to Maresme-Forum. By bus, take the number 7 (Diagonal Zona Universitaria to Diagonal Mar/Forum). By tram to the stop Diagonal Mar/Forum. If arriving by car, take the Ronda Litoral, reached via every large road which leads into Barcelona. Then take exit 24. The hotel is on the right-hand side. It is house number 1 in Avenida Diagonal.
