  Negative reviews about the hotel: There was no place to keep bags prior to checking at 3:00pm.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: The hotel is very central. Rooms are clean and staff friendly.   Negative reviews about the hotel: No food ie breakfast or room serviceis offered by the hotel although there are plenty of shops and restaurants including Little Italy Pizzas on the corner nearby so its not really a negative point. Also, many takeaways deliver here.   Things to do near the hotel: Concerts, Shows, Restaurants, Bars and Lots of Shopping.

  Negative reviews about the hotel: They don't have any place to leave the luggage when you arrive early. In addition, if you arrive early they don't help you in anyway, and they just say you: "you arrived too early", "I can't do any thing". They lack quality of sevice in the reception.

This inexpensive city hotel was renovated in 2006 and comprises 90 rooms, of which one is disability-friendly and is designed to meet the needs of today's budget conscious family. The facilities include a lobby, a 24-hour reception and a café-bar, which is open every day.

Emplacement

The hotel is an ideal location for your stay in Belfast, in the middle of the city centre, close to both bus and train stations. The best street for shopping is only a short walk away. St. Anne's Cathedral is 15 minutes away by foot and guests can walk to the Botanical Garden in about 20 Minutes.

Follow the signs for M1 Belfast, and then continue along the West link until you reach the roundabout, then turn off to the right onto Grosvenor Road. At the end of the street take a left and turn left again at the traffic lights, towards Wellington Place. At the guildhall take two consecutive rights, then at the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right onto Brunswick Street. The hotel is located on the right hand side.
