 The hotel is well situated for transport. It is in a quiet and pleasant location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and service in dinining room impeccable.  No negative reviews. I always choose this hotel when I go to London.  Visit Kensington Gardens. As underground and buses are a few minutes' walk away, the West End an be reahed easily and quikly.

 I've stayed at this hotel before and had a much larger single room, this time I could touch both walls at the same time, very poky!
