Reviews on the
Hotel
Ca' dei Conti
The Armenian family of the Sherimann, famous nobles in Venice, owned the palace until the end of the 19th Century. Count Sherimann transformed the palace in a shelter for homeless and poor orphan children during 1800. The building has been recently completely renovated inside and outside, preserving its original architecture. The Ca' dei Conti Hotel is on 3 levels and includes 2 magnificent halls and terrace. Two original Greek columns dating back to the 13th Century and a well adorn the entrance.
