  Positive reviews about the hotel: very good breakfast, staff very helpful,   Things to do near the hotel: 20 min walk rialto bridge, 30 mins to st marks square.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Very professional staff, good level of support - not too intrusive. Very clean.Excellent location - opposite train station,close to bus station and water buses - ideal. Super staff - friendly, excellen English skills. Easy to get to from Marco Polo airport - 3 euros on bus.   Negative reviews about the hotel: Shower curtains - stick to you when you are having a shower - but that happens in all showers with curtains.Not a complaint just a statement.//c~Gondola, site seeing, eating out, walking, close to train station.//g~We are not sure if we left an envelope in the bedroom 158 it had money in it. We think we lost it in transit and not at the hotel but wanted to check that it hadn't been handed in just in case.

  Other reviews: The hotel and staff were wonderful and so was the food, but the room did let the side down. The wallpaper was coming off in places and looked very scruffy, the curtains looked very tired. We were very dissapointed as when we booked we saw one of the rooms on the internet, and were hoping for one of these. The recep[tion area and ground floor were fabulous. The staff were very professional and helpfull.
