  Positive reviews about the hotel: Staff and cleanliness excellent.   Negative reviews about the hotel: No sound proofing could hear everything in the adjoining apartments especially above. Doors closing, footsteps etc which seem to go on all night. Could do with kettles and microwaves but assume that the voltage in the hotel prohibits this.   Things to do near the hotel: Very good location close to Vilamoura and Quarteria.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Very affordable   Negative reviews about the hotel: Friends in another apartment had the safe with money, jewellery and passports ripped from the wall of their wardrobe and taken away together with some clothing albeit for some strange reason the thiefs left the passports in a bag hanging on an external door. The apartment showed no signs of forced entry and all doors were locked. This I would have a concern about as it would appear the culprits had access to a key of the apartment.   Things to do near the hotel: Beach 5 min walk Marina 15 min walk Pool   Other reviews: The absence of security cameras (away for cleaning) did not help. One would have taught they would be a given as all ground floor apartments have external entrys so any strange behaviour could be monitered or at least recorded so as the authoritys would have something to act on.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Very good money for value, although the kitchen wasn't the cleanest I've ever seen, pretty good over all.

The hotel consists of a 2-storey main building and a 2 storey neighbouring building with a total of 42 apartments. The hotel complex has a lobby with a 24-hour reception and a 9,000m² garden. Internet access, a bike cellar and bicycle hire are also available to guests. There is a games room available for children. Guests may park their cars in the car park.

Emplacement

This attractive apartment hotel is ideally located between the holiday resorts of Vilamoura and Quarteira. The sandy beach is 300 m away, the centre of Quarteira approximately 1 km and Vilamoura marina 1.7 km away. There is an abundance of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Connections to the public transport network are a mere 200 m away.

The welcoming en suite rooms are fitted with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access (on request), a fridge and a safe. A final cleaning service is included.
 Sports/Entertainment
The hotel includes an indoor swimming pool (not heated), a pool, a snack bar, sun loungers and parasols and a sauna (for an additional charge). There is tennis, table tennis and pool (for an additional charge) available to sports' enthusiasts. There is a golf course approximately 2 km away.
 Observations
The lobby bar offers further snacks and drinks. The opening times in the winter are 1st November - 30th May from 11 am - 6 pm. In the summer from the 1st June - 30th October, the hotel offers a pool bar which is open from 11am - 7 pm. 20 apartments include Internet access and the hotel also hires out a splitter.
