  Positive reviews about the hotel: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at reception, the location was perfect and the facilities were great. We were very impressed and would definately consider visiting again!   Negative reviews about the hotel: The entertainment at the bar was a little over the top and rather too loud - people want to talk when they go to the bar but this was made impossible because of the noise. Some background live piano would be much more appropriate for the venue.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Animacion staff were excellent and the kids club was very good. Pools are large (but unheated) and there are plenty of sunbeds   Negative reviews about the hotel: Whilst the lobby area is impressive, the service and bathrooms do not meet close to 5*standard. In my opinion this is a 4* at best. There is no separate shower, the shower over the bath is little more than a trickle and the bath bounced when you stood in it. Water constantly fluctuated between freezing and scalding. Check in service poor, towels not replaced, bins not emptied etc. Had to pay for the use of the safe - not usual in a 5* hotel. Staff would chat amongst themselves and ignore guests waiting to be served.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Nice stting,plenty of sunbeds and a roof top terrace for peace and quiet.Decent value Hotel when compared with others in the vacinity of 5 and 4 star rating   Negative reviews about the hotel: Quality of breakfast could be better   Things to do near the hotel: close to Adeje beach front bars and restaurants,shopping precinct close by with upmarket independents,cartier,rolex etc

In total there are 434 double rooms and 19 suites on offer in this 7 storey hotel that was opened in 2001. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk offering money exchange; 7 lifts, a newspaper stand, shops, a hairdresser's salon, a games room, a TV room, a discotec, 5 bars, an air-conditioned buffet restaurant, Internet access (for an additional fee), room and laundry services, and a car park. For younger guests, there is a playground and children's club on offer. Furthermore there are 11 conference rooms available for business clients.

The hotel is situated on the attractive Costa Adeje area of south Tenerife, just 2km from the centre of Playa de las Americas. The beach of El Duque is some 500 m away. 50 meters from the hotel are links to public transport. Transfer time to Tenerife South Airport is just 15 minutes by car.

The tastefully furnished rooms feature an en suite bathroom and come equipped with a hairdryer, a minibar (with an extra fee), WiFi and balcony or terrace.
