  hard beds spoilt a good room. not a very good area of town

 Excellent friendly and helped me out to find another flight when easyjet cancelled due to athens STRIKE ! ! LOVE IT there !  none  only stayed a short time dont like the area muh anyway !

 This hotel is advertised and sold as a 4-star hotel - however, it barely makes a 2-star rating. Location is not ideal either - there's no restaurant (or at least not working when we were there Late May-early June).....Sorry, but I can't recommend staying at this hotel.Also, I am being FORCED to say whom I want to recommend this hotel to, even though I would not recommend it to anyone.
 

Hotel description

The hotel was built in 1937 and renovated in 2003. It comprises a total of 4-storeys with 40 rooms, of which 36 are doubles and 2 are suites. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a bar, a restaurant with a non-smoking area and an Internet terminal. Laundry and room services are also available.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Athens, on St. Constantine's Square and opposite the National Theatre. Omonia Square and the famous shopping and sightseeing attractions are all easily reached on foot. Convenient public transport networks are within easy reach of the hotel.

From Athens Airport, guests can reach the hotel either with the underground (approximately 45 minutes) or by taxi. The National Street in the direction of Peloponnes is only 250 m from the hotel and allows drivers to escape Athens' traffic.
