 Check-in was quick and easy, staff were very helpful and professional, there was a wide range of good quality food available at the breakfast buffet, the rooms were modern and clean with many channels on the modern flat screen tv, there was a kettle and hairdryer in the room and an iron and ironing board available.  The bed in our room was rather hard and my partner and i woke each morning with a sore back. Drinks at the hotel bar were expensive.  See Edinburgh astle, Prines street, The Royal Mile, Sott's monument and Nelson's monument. The main attrations in Edinburgh entre were easily reahed within a ten minute walk from the hotel.

 The hotel is great value for money and was very clean. The staff were helpful and it there was no night time noise problems.  The bar prices are quite expensive.  Walking distane to Prines st and lose to Haymarket station.
