  Positive reviews about the hotel: excellent value for money, room was very nice for a 2 star hotel, easy walking distance from Opera metro station and right in the middle of madrid. Staff very friendly and helpful.   Negative reviews about the hotel: temperatures in madrid while we were there went to below zero and had first snowfall in 7 years so was quite difficult to get the room warm. The air con system didn't blow out warm air and the small heater in the room wasn't enough.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: Hotel location was perfect, near La Latina, Plaza Mayor and major landmarks and tapas bars. The room was very clean and organised. Breakfast was good and staff was professional. Very good quality and price rate. I recommend it.   Negative reviews about the hotel: It can be noise at night but this can be resolved with an ear plug or joining the crowd and going out till early morning as well.   Things to do near the hotel: Tapas bar, restaurants, museums, shops, landmarks, discos, bares, Palacio Nacional, metro, basically everything.   Other reviews: Good price and quality.
