 The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was small but cosy and provided a relaxing base for our holiday. After walking the whole stretch of 7 mile beach, we decided that the staff at our hotel looked after the section of the beach in front of the hotel better than most other places including bigger more expensive hotels such as Sandals  The food choice was relatively limited but that was due to the fact that we were travelling during hurricane season so there were few guests and therefore the hotel decided not to do buffets but instead to get the guests to order from a menu each night to keep costs and wastage down.  Lots of small stalls selling rafts and things, Negril entre is only a few minutes away by taxi (it ost us around JA$200 eah way), Tims Sqayre shopping entre is worth a visit but the jewellery stores are not heap!!! Avoid Alfreds nightlub, it's full of hookers and drug dealers, we were warned by a friend of ours who lives round there but deided to hek it out and see for ourselves. we stayed for one drink then quikly left. 23 7 is a great bar whih as the name suggests never loses.

 Overall the hotel was average. We stayed all-inclusive but at times we were not given much choice, as they 'didn't have' most things that were supposedly on offer. For example, we were told that lobster was 'out of season', yet casual visitors to the hotel were offered it......strange. Had they said we needed to pay a supplement it would not have been a problem.Staff were generally polite and accomodating, but experience was spoilt by the appearance of 2 cockroaches spotted during our trip (one in our bedroom and another in the dining area).For the price paid, it was a good deal. I guess you get what you pay for.

Located beside world-famous 11 km long Negril beach, the hotel lies within a short distance of the resort centre. A selection of restaurants, nightclubs, shops, gift stores, banks and currency exchange bureaux are situated within walking distance and it is approximately 80 km to Montego Bay whilst Black River is around 90 km from the hotel. Montego Bay airport is 88 km away.

All of the renovated rooms feature a balcony or terrace affording idyllic views out over the Caribbean Sea or gardens as well as an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, an Internet connection, and a king-sized bed. A hire safe and individually controllable air conditioning come as standard.
 Sports/Entertainment
On at least 2 nights of the week, some of the best reggae bands from Negril and the local area entertain guests with their beats. Guests may dance to the exciting live reggae music until daybreak beneath the Caribbean stars. Further leisure offerings include an outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a poolside snack bar, as well as sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. It is possible to hire jet skis and scooters, as well as to go diving (fees apply). Charges are also payable by those wishing to go banana boating. Beach volleyball may also be played.
