  Other reviews: When I arrived to check in I was left standing around for a long time. Even tho staff had no-one else to see too and there where 3 at the desk. The bathroom was full of small ants and smelt of sewers. We stayed for 2 nights. We would have asked for a change of room if longer. I had similar problems with staff whilst in the food hall waiting to be served meat left standing for ages even tho there were 2 staff. V. disappointed. We stayed at H10 Adeje Princess
 

Hotel description

Surrounded by wonderful gardens, this beach hotel comprises a total of 237 double rooms, 63 single rooms and 39 Junior Suites spread over 3 buildings of 3, 5 and 10 floors. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with a reception desk, 3 lifts, hairdresser, a TV and reading room, conference rooms, a children's playground and a beauty salon. Dining options include the main restaurant, the pool snack bar (open during the day for lunch) and the piano bar. Further facilities include a public Internet terminal and laundry service (both with additional fees).

This beach hotel is situated directly on Puerto de la Cruz's promenade just a short distance from shopping venues, bars, cafés and restaurants. Playa Martinez bay is just a few paces away. Tenerife North airport is 25km / 25 minutes away.
