  Positive reviews about the hotel: Great location, good size room, good views, roof terrace with pool great. Hotel is clean   Negative reviews about the hotel: Breakfast poor staff inattentive in dining room i.e. buffet bar empty and staff all chatting in kitchen. no service what so ever. mini bar had only basics i.e. water coke etc. no savory nibbles or wine. Hotel in need of updating - decor very old fashioned.   Things to do near the hotel: Beach, nice walk to the Croisette.   Other reviews: I wouldn't however be too upset if I had to stay here again.

  Positive reviews about the hotel: all staff smart smiling and very helpful.   Negative reviews about the hotel: Noisy due to road adjacent to our room poor quality bed   Things to do near the hotel: restaurants beaches and port area for ferries and yachts   Other reviews: confusing information re this booking already taken up with cust. service.we visit cannes regularly and find it a very enjoable place to relax

The family friendly beach hotel comprises a total of 48 floors spread over 8 floors. Guests are offered a roof terrace with impressive panoramic views, a spacious lobby with lifts, hire safes and a 24 hour reception. There is also a cosy lounge bar, a breakfast room and a TV room to be found within the hotel. Business guests may like to make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal. Additionally, room and laundry service as well as medical assistance are also offered to guests. There are also car parking facilities and a garage (fees apply).

Emplacement

This attractive, hotel enjoys a central location and is only separated from a superb sandy beach by a small park and the coastal road. It is located within walking distance of the old town quarter of Le Suquet, only a few steps away from the city centre as well as the congress centre. The harbour, the splendid avenue La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals are also within easy reach. A selection of shopping and entertainment venues are also to be found in the immediate vicinity. Cannes Train Station is some 1 km from the hotel and the airport is around 25 km away.

Arriving by plane: take a taxi or the shuttle bus between the airport and Cannes. Arriving by train: from the train station, take train towards the old harbour, continue along the sea in the direction of the Sofitel Mediterranée, and continue on 300 m, then on the right, take the Rue Jean Dolfus, or take a taxi. Arriving by car: exit the highway at Cannes-Mougins, continue in the direction of Cannes Center La Croisette, go down by the Boulevard Sadi Carnot, at the top turn on right, Boulevard des Anciens Combattants, at the top, turn left on Boulevard Georges Clémenceau, thentake the first street on the right, rue Jean Dolfus.
